This publication is not intended for children under 13 years of age.

Email and Subscription

When you subscribe to Tell the Trees on Substack:

• Your email is added to my Substack mailing list

• I may send newsletters, marketing content, and information about courses and products

• You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in emails

• Your data is governed by Substack’s privacy policy: https://substack.com/privacy

I may also transfer email addresses to my MailerLite list for additional marketing communications. You can unsubscribe from MailerLite separately at any time.

Payment and Refunds

Paid subscriptions are processed through Substack. All payments are subject to Substack’s terms of service. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis - contact me directly if you have concerns.

Digital Products and Payment Processing

Digital products (templates, guides, resources, etc.) are sold through Fourthwall and processed via Stripe. All payments are subject to Stripe’s terms of service.

After purchase, you’ll have access to download your products for at least 30 days. I may extend access beyond 30 days at my discretion.

Digital products are for your personal or business use only. You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the products

• Share download links with others

• Claim the work as your own

All sales are final. If you experience technical issues with downloads, contact me at michelle@tellthetrees.com and I’ll help resolve the problem.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tell the Trees and Michelle Buck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this content, services, or products.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Comments and Community

By commenting on posts, you agree to engage respectfully. I reserve the right to moderate or remove comments that are spam, abusive, or inappropriate.

Third-Party Links

My content may include links to external websites, courses, or products. I am not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party sites.

Intellectual Property

All content published on Tell the Trees is owned by Michelle Buck unless otherwise noted. You may share excerpts with proper attribution, but may not reproduce entire posts or paid content without permission.

Data Retention

• Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe

• Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely

• You can request deletion of your personal data by contacting me

Your Rights

You can:

• Unsubscribe at any time

• Request an export of your personal data

• Request deletion of your personal data (except where I’m required to keep it for legal or administrative purposes)
